Primary Purpose:
Provide targeted, data-driven small-group math intervention to elementary students to strengthen foundational skills and support academic growth. Create intervention lessons based on student needs and assessment data.
Qualifications:
Valid Texas teaching certificate (Elementary or related field)
Strong knowledge of elementary math concepts and intervention strategies
Understanding of the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS)
Ability to analyze and use assessment data to guide instruction
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Provide small-group math intervention based on student assessment data
Plan and deliver lessons aligned to TEKS and individual student needs
Monitor and document student progress
Adjust instruction based on data and student performance
Collaborate with classroom teachers to support student achievement and communicate progress
