Anchor Health Homecare Services is seeking a motivated Field Marketer to support our growing operations in Pennsylvania. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys being out in the field, building relationships, and driving referrals in the healthcare space.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain referral relationships within the Pennsylvania market
- Conduct in-person outreach to hospitals, clinics, community partners, and referral sources
- Oversee the intake process of patients and caregivers
- Promote Anchor Health’s homecare services to generate Start of Care (SOC) referrals
- Track outreach efforts and report activity and results
- Work independently to grow territory with minimal provided leads
Requirements:
- Must have a reliable car and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working independently with limited leads provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- English speaking required (bilingual a plus but not required)
- Previous healthcare or field marketing experience preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
- $50,000–$70,000+ annually
- Commission paid per Start of Care
