Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Greet guests arriving or departing during the night shift with friendly, professional customer service, addressing their needs promptly.
- Manage front desk operations by checking in late arrivals, handling guest inquiries, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking messages with excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, inspecting premises, and reporting any suspicious activity or safety concerns.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure seamless communication with daytime staff.
- Assist with guest relations by resolving issues promptly and professionally to uphold our reputation for hospitality excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles, especially in front desk or guest services positions.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including night audit procedures and guest relations practices.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with resort or hotel environments is preferred; previous hotel experience is a plus.
