What You’ll Do
- Own quality control tasks for both vendor and client submissions, ensuring everything meets standards before moving forward
- Stay connected with vendor partners via phone and email to track progress, share updates, and keep tasks on schedule
- Review vendor photos to confirm work completion and decide if next steps or corrections are needed
- Document actions thoughtfully and thoroughly within our client systems
What You Bring
- Experience in vendor management (mortgage or real estate experience is a strong plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, you’re clear, concise, and professional
- A proactive mindset, you don’t just complete assigned work, you look for what needs attention next
- Attention to detail and a sense of accountability for your work
