Job Overview We are looking for a reliable, professional, and motivated Barber or stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing quality haircuts and beard trims while creating a welcoming experience for every client.
Compensation - Commission-based pay with excellent earning potential based on your performance and clientele.
Responsibilities - Provide high-quality haircuts and beard trims. - Deliver excellent customer service and treat every client with respect. - Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation. - Assist with cleaning and maintaining the overall barbershop throughout the day. - Work respectfully and professionally with fellow barbers and staff. - Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines. Qualifications - Experience providing men's haircuts and beard trims. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. - Positive attitude and professional appearance. - Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
