As the Leader on Duty, you’ll own the shift from open to close: running a tight operation, rallying your team, and making every guest feel like they’re getting the best meal of their day.

What you’ll do
- Lead shift operations from start to finish — staffing, positioning, and execution
- Run opening and closing procedures with consistency and ownership
- Coach and develop team members in real time, giving direct feedback that sticks
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and brand standards on every shift
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, modeling our Passion for Service
- Partner with the General Manager on labor, food cost, and inventory management
- Support scheduling, cash handling compliance, and uniform standards
- Complete incident reports and corrective actions as needed
- Foster a positive, high-energy team environment where people want to show up
What we’re looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of supervisory experience in a restaurant
- Bilingual — English and Spanish required
- ServSafe Certification required
- Flexible availability — evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and restaurant systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
