Construction Install Field Crew Laborer ( Landscape)
The Landscape Construction Laborer for is responsible for safe, efficient and quality completion of tasks assigned by Foreman. Every employee at Crestview Landscape will be expected to be honest, dedicated, and loyal and always do what is in the best interest of the customer and the company. It is also each employee’s responsibility to report any incident or occurrence that does not comply with the company’s policies and ethics.
RESPONSIBILITES:
Safety - wears company shirt, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves and proper work boots andrequired PPE during all working hours and attends weekly safety meetings.
Stretches and warms up at beginning of every shift and after lunch.
Use assigned tools and equipment in a proper, safe manner.
Performs any duties or tasks as may be assigned by the Foreman.
Be able to work in various positions including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bendingover, sitting, pushing, digging, shoveling, raking, kneeling and squatting for extended periods oftime.
Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout the work day.
Arrives on time and ready for work at designated times and places.
Able to sign and check time card for accuracy each work day.
Professionally represents the company at all times while working.
Maintains all assigned tools in clean proper working condition.
Reports needed equipment maintenance or repairs to the Foreman.
Secures the hand tools assigned to him during the work day and returns them to companyfacilities at the completion of work.
Help to ensure that job sites are maintained in an acceptable safe, clean and organized manner.
No customer complaints or rework due to sub-standard work.
Shows a high level of team effort with high morale and motivation.
Willingness to work overtime, if required.
Works safe and smart to ensure zero accidents occur on job sites.
Complete job projects to the highest level of quality and efficiency as directed by the Foreman.
Follows Crestview Safety Standards at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Use of the English language is desirable, but not required.
Knowledge of landscape and/or irrigation is desirable, but not required.
Must be able to follow directions without constant supervision.
Learn and perform basic planting and irrigation skills.
Become proficient in the use of basic hand tools.
Become proficient in the use of basic power equipment used for landscape.
Communicate with Foreman regarding progress of tasks.
Must be able to meet physical demands as stated above.
Pay: $18.42 - $22.00 per hour
