Silver Maple Veterinary Clinic is a privately owned, family-run veterinary practice located in Kutztown, Pennsylvania. We are growing — and we’re excited to welcome another exceptional Customer Service Representative to our Front Office Team.

About the Role
As a CSR at Silver Maple, you are the voice, the first impression, and the steady presence for our clients. You will:
- Greet clients warmly and professionally
- Answer phones and guide pet owners with clarity and empathy
- Schedule appointments efficiently
- Support our doctors and technicians with smooth front-end coordination
- Help turn first-time callers into lifelong clients
This role is ideal for someone who is intelligent, organized, disciplined, and energized by serving others.
What We’re Looking For
We are selective because our clients and their pets deserve the very best. The right candidate will:
- Have 1+ years of customer service experience
- Be bright, intuitive, and self-motivated
- Communicate exceptionally well (written and verbal)
- Be technology proficient and comfortable learning new systems
- Thrive in a busy, fast-paced setting
- Multitask with confidence and stay calm under pressure
- Be a true team player with a strong work ethic
- Be available to work weekdays and Saturdays
Veterinary experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
