We are hiring a dependable and motivated Roofing Foreman to support our roofing projects throughout the Bay Area. This role blends in-the-field work with light coordination tasks and gives you a chance to be hands-on in a growing, fast-paced construction company.
You’ll be the go-to person for visiting sites, prepping for inspections, supporting crews, and ensuring job sites are ready and running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Travel to active project sites to check progress, assess setups, and flag any issues that need attention.
Make sure job permits are posted on-site in compliance with local requirements before work begins.
Place ladders for city or county inspectors so they can easily access the roof. Ensure the site is safe and ready for review.
Speak directly with crews on-site when needed to clarify scope or help resolve minor issues. Spanish is a plus but not required.
Be ready and willing to climb onto roofs when necessary to check conditions or assist the team.
Use a drone to take aerial photos and document project status if you have experience—or we can train you.
What You Bring
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Physical ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs
- Good communication skills and a practical, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working independently and being on the move
- Construction or roofing experience is helpful but not required
- Spanish language skill, especially when interacting with crews
- Basic tech use for photos or communication
