$60,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | Full-Time | Columbus Territory
Miracle Method of Columbus is seeking a motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to help grow our residential and commercial business. This position combines company-provided residential appointments with business-to-business account development, creating multiple paths to success and strong earning potential.
This is not door-to-door sales. Residential appointments are pre-qualified and scheduled for you, allowing you to focus on building relationships, closing sales, and developing long-term commercial accounts.

Performance Expectations
- Quarterly production goal: $250,000
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Consistently convert company-provided leads into completed projects
- Develop new commercial relationships that generate repeat business
Top performers exceed quota through a combination of residential sales, property management accounts, apartment communities, hospitality clients, and contractor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, prospecting, referrals, and relationship-building
- Conduct in-home consultations and commercial site visits
- Present solutions and product demonstrations to homeowners and business decision-makers
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Follow up on company-provided leads
- Maintain accurate records and sales activities in CRM
- Collaborate with operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Meet or exceed quarterly production goals

- Complete training and product certification

60–90 Days
- Consistent residential sales performance
- Active commercial prospecting and account development
- Establish repeat referral sources

- Meet or exceed quarterly production goals
- Develop long-term commercial partnerships
- Grow personal book of business while maximizing company-provided opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of outside sales, business development, or consultative sales experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Comfortable working with both homeowners and commercial decision-makers
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Organized with strong follow-up habits
- CRM experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
