As a teacher at 21st Century Preparatory School, you will play an essential role in creating engaging and supportive learning experiences that help students grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction in core academic areas and enrichment opportunities.
- Create a positive and structured classroom environment that promotes student growth, independence, and a love of learning.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, including students with IEPs, multilingual learners, and students needing academic intervention or enrichment.
- Use student data and ongoing assessments to inform instruction and support student achievement.
- Build strong relationships with students and families through consistent communication and collaboration.
- Support students’ social-emotional development through restorative and relationship-centered practices.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, instructional coaches, interventionists, and support staff to strengthen teaching and learning.
- Utilize instructional technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement.
- Maintain high expectations for student behavior, academic effort, and classroom culture.
- Actively contribute to a positive school culture grounded in our core values of belief, growth, empathy, and community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid Wisconsin teaching license, charter teaching license (or ability to obtain licensure).
- Strong instructional practices and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to equitable practices and meeting the needs of all learners.
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
- Experience with differentiated instruction, intervention strategies, and/or inclusive practices preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for working in a collaborative school environment focused on continuous improvement and student success.

Pay: $49,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
