Established in 2013, Excel Loading Systems is a rapidly growing manufacturer of bulk liquid transfer solutions serving the petrochemical industry. We are seeking a full-time Industrial Sales Coordinator to join our Houston, TX team. Our culture is built on Quality, Safety, and Service.
As an Industrial Sales Coordinator, you will support industrial customers and distributors by managing quotes, processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely communication throughout the sales and project lifetime.

The right candidate will have:
-
2+ years in industrial customer service, inside sales, sales support, or order management
-
Experience in PVF (Pipe, Valves & Fittings)
-
Background in petrochemical, refining, industrial supply, or process equipment industries is a plus
-
Familiarity with RFQs and industrial quoting processes
-
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
What You’ll Do:

Support customers and distributors with quotes, order updates, and product information

Process customer orders, RFQs, and project-related documentation
-
Coordinate with engineering, production, and sales teams

Track open orders, shipment updates, and lead times
-
Maintain accurate customer and order information in CRM/ERP systems
-
Build strong relationships with industrial customers and distributors
