Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher / Baker Support team member to help keep our bakery running smoothly. This role is responsible for washing dishes and baking equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting bakers with food preparation and other kitchen tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, baking pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Keep the kitchen, dishwashing area, and workstations clean and sanitized.
- Assist bakers with ingredient preparation, measuring, and basic food prep.
- Organize and restock supplies and ingredients.
- Take out trash and recycling as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support the bakery team with additional tasks during busy periods.
Qualifications
- No experience required—training provided.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
