Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive service throughout their breakfast experience
- Prepare and serve food and beverages with precision, adhering to food safety standards and presentation guidelines
- Set up breakfast stations, ensuring all items are stocked, organized, and ready for service
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling dishes, garnishing plates, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Serve guests efficiently, taking orders accurately and delivering exceptional customer service in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and resetting for new guests
- Support catering or banquet functions as needed, ensuring all food handling and service protocols are followed
Requirements
- Previous experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve others
- Experience in serving, food preparation, or banquet settings is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations to ensure hygienic practices
- Ability to work early mornings on weekends with flexibility to adapt to busy service periods
- Food industry experience such as barista work or dietary aide roles is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation to collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Familiarity with catering or event service operations is advantageous
