This Role (What You’ll Actually Be Doing)
You’ll support seniors at home with hands-on personal care and safety-focused routines:
- Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting/incontinence care
- Safe mobility support (walking/transfers) + fall-prevention awareness
- Dementia-friendly support when needed (calm communication, redirection, routines)
- Meals/hydration support, light housekeeping/laundry
- Medication reminders (non-medical) + simple shift notes
We also have specialized cases focused on dementia care and fall prevention.

Requirements
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
- Current Physical and TB clearance
- Ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation + dependable attendance
- Comfortable with hands-on personal care
(Bilingual Spanish or other languages a plus)
