Primary Duties:
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization across all records.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events efficiently.
- Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, ordering materials, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of common areas.
- Utilize computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Perform clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, mail distribution, and maintaining filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
Requirements
- Proven office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry, and basic bookkeeping.
- Excellent communication skills with strong phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively using time management techniques in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable but not mandatory.
