About Us:
Tellus Coffee is a community-focused café known for house-roasted coffee, fresh juices and smoothies, and a bright, plant-filled atmosphere. We care about quality, consistency, and creating a place where both customers and staff feel welcome. We are looking for someone to work Sunday-Thursday, opening and closing availability is a must.
Important Note:
We are not hiring short-term or seasonal holiday help. We are looking for team members who want to grow with us long-term.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide warm, friendly customer service
- Prepare food items following our recipes and standards
- Make espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and juices
- Greet guests, take orders, and run the register
- Keep the café clean, organized, and stocked
- Work collaboratively with the team during busy periods
- Bring a positive attitude that contributes to a great atmosphere
Who You Are:
- Outgoing, friendly, and customer-service oriented
- Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Excited to learn barista skills and café operations
- Looking for a stable, long-term position
- Weekend availability is a strong must
