Machine Operator I
Location: Grenville WI
Duration: 6 months contract
Shift: 1st and 2nd
Job Summary
Operates basic finishing equipment and tools in accordance with established processes and work instructions. Follows work order requirements, performs quality checks, and adheres to productivity standards. Develops a working knowledge of tools and equipment used in routine machine operations under direct supervision.
Responsibilities
- Operate basic finishing equipment and tools following established procedures
- Follow work order instructions accurately
- Perform routine quality tests and inspections
- Meet productivity and performance standards
- Learn and apply company policies and procedures in daily activities
- Build productive internal working relationships
- Identify and resolve simple problems of limited complexity
- Comply with all required safety practices and regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational qualification
- Less than one year of related experience

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
