Job Summary
We are seeking Level III Security Guard to uphold safety and security standards across our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by monitoring premises, managing access points, and responding swiftly to incidents. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Implement conflict management techniques to de-escalate tense situations effectively while maintaining professionalism.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security reports for record-keeping and analysis purposes.
Hiring
- Level III Guards starting at: $22.00-$24.00/hr
- Level III Supervisor starting at: $25.00-$26.00/hr
Minimum Requirements
- Must be NMRLD, Level III Armed Guard qualified
- Have a Real ID, Passport, or Military ID
- Able to pass an extensive background check
- Be dependable & able to maintain attendance standards
- Strong report writing & professionalism
- Able to work day or night shifts
- Ablility to work in a confidential environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Military background
- Prior security or law enforcement experience
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
