Requirements:
- Prepare, file, litigate, mediate, and participate in jury trials for Auto injury, premises liability, and wrongful death.
- Excellent Legal research and writing skills
- Must be familiar with relevant laws as it applies to personal injury claims, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice and insurance
- Maintain contact with clients
- Must have strong work ethic and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline
Must be able to prioritize work and work under pressure
- Must be well organized and detailed oriented
Guaranteed base salary with bonus
