Tasks and Responsibilities:
Part-Time In-Store Tech Repair Associate
We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused individual to join our team! If you enjoy technology and are eager to learn, we’ll train the right person to repair phones, game consoles, computers, and other electronics.
Responsibilities:
● Diagnose and repair phones, gaming systems, computers, and other electronic devices (training provided)
● Provide outstanding customer service in a retail environment
● Recommend and sell add-on products and services that benefit customers
● Maintain accurate repair records and documentation
● Keep the work area clean, organized, and professional
