Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas.
- Execute detailed residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and window washing to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, polishing floors, and using carpet cleaning equipment as needed.
- Ensure proper sanitation of surfaces and high-touch areas to promote health and safety for residents or guests.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling routine maintenance checks.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred.
- Experience with hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures.
- Familiarity with laundry operations and handling various fabrics with care.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments.
