Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ovens, mixers, and knives with precision
- Support menu planning efforts by suggesting new ideas and ensuring consistency in presentation and flavor
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Follow all food handling procedures to guarantee the safety and freshness of every dish served
Skills
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant kitchens is highly valued
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Background in dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus
- Experience with menu planning, catering, or fine dining enhances your candidacy
