Join our team as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), where you'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating and providing treatment services to a variety of patients, focusing on the hand and upper extremities.

Your Responsibilities as a Certified Hand Therapist
-
Provide evaluation and timely treatment services to a variety of patients in accordance with physician referral and Plan of Care, focusing on the hand and upper extremities
-
Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome

Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
-
Build and maintain relationships throughout the community

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved occupational therapy program

State Licensure
-
Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
Compensation & Bonus Structure

Base Salary: $83,000 - $110,000 / year (based on experience and market factors)

Monthly Incentive Bonuses for meeting daily visit thresholds

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 available in select locations!
