Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Provide detailed menu descriptions, including desserts, drink options, to enhance guest experience and promote upselling opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and adhering to food safety guidelines
- Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, addressing questions or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and enthusiastically
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
- Culinary knowledge or food industry experience is desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset committed to delivering memorable guest experiences
- Willingness to work as a team and be mindful of your coworker, helping each other provide great service to all guests.
