We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and service on commercial heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment.
- Install, start up, and commission HVAC/R equipment as needed.
- Inspect systems and identify potential issues before they become major repairs.
- Complete service documentation and work orders accurately using mobile technology.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to customers professionally.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a safe and organized manner.
- Travel throughout the service territory to support customer locations.
- Participate in on-call, overtime, and weekend service rotations as required.

- Split System Refrigeration Equipment
- Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial refrigeration service experience.
- Strong understanding of HVAC and refrigeration fundamentals.
- Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Experience working on large-tonnage commercial equipment.
- Ability to use laptops, tablets, smartphones, and digital service platforms.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a high level of accountability.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls.
- EPA Certification preferred.
