We are currently seeking skilled Personal Injury Attorneys to join our pre-litigation team. This position is based out of our Newport Beach office and offers the opportunity to work closely with firm leadership on complex, high-value cases. Candidates must have prior personal injury experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters through settlement.
- Evaluate case value, liability, and treatment to develop case strategy and maximize client recovery.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients.
- Review demand letters, settlement proposals, and related documentation.
- Collaborate with case managers, medical records teams, and supervising attorneys to ensure files progress efficiently.
- Monitor treatment progress and guide clients through the pre-litigation process.
- Identify and escalate files that require litigation for optimal handling.
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain a high standard of professionalism throughout all case stages.
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar license in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year of personal injury litigation experience required.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and research skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong client service orientation and team mentality.
- Bilingual and/or multi-state licensure is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting salary of $140,000+, commensurate with experience and performance.
