Job Summary
PT Concepts is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join a growing team striving for excellence. We're looking for driven PTAs who take pride in delivering quality, hands-on care and favorable clinical outcomes. Our practice works as a multidisciplinary team to provide the best orthopedic and rehabilitative care to our patients and community. We see a diverse patient population across all ages and stages of care: pre-operative and post-operative patients, sprains and strains, performance enhancement, and injury prevention.
We invest in technology so our clinicians can invest in patients:
- AI-assisted documentation: Our team uses AI scribe technology to draft daily notes in real time. Documentation gets done during your workday, not after it.
- Streamlined onboarding and patient flow: Standardized intake, welcome packets, and digital workflows across all five of our locations mean less administrative friction and more time in front of patients.
- True multidisciplinary collaboration: You will work alongside chiropractors, physical therapists, and an in-house MD under one roof, with direct communication and shared care planning; never treating in a silo.
Our Facilities and Community
Our clinics are built for performance and recovery, not just rehab, with access to cryotherapy chambers, infrared saunas, and dedicated turf training areas. Deep community partnerships with physicians, athletic programs, and corporate wellness clients keep a steady stream of patients coming through the door.
Who Thrives Here
The PTAs who succeed with us are dependable, people-oriented, and hands-on-clinicians who take genuine pride in the craft of manual and rehabilitative care and want to grow with a practice that's still building. New graduates are welcome; what matters most is a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic. You will have the opportunity to make your role your own and grow with us, with the backing and support of a diverse ownership team. For the right person, that path includes employee ownership opportunities.
