Lumina Wellness & Med Spa is looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Front Desk & Esthetician to join our team.
This is a 2-in-1 position. When there are no scheduled esthetic treatments, the employee will assist with front desk responsibilities, patient communication, scheduling, and daily spa operations.
We are looking for someone who is warm, organized, reliable, and enjoys working with people in a professional wellness and med spa environment.
Qualifications
- Active Esthetician license required
- Previous experience in a med spa, spa, or front desk setting preferred
- Polish and English bilingual strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and welcoming personality
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting patients
- Knowledge of skincare products and facial treatments
- Experience performing facials, HydraFacial, dermaplaning, and other esthetic services
- Comfortable recommending appropriate treatments and skincare products
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Responsibilities
Front Desk Duties:
- Welcome and check in/out patients
- Answer phone calls, texts, and patient inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage patient communication and follow-ups
- Process payments and assist with memberships and retail sales
- Keep the reception and spa areas clean, organized, and welcoming
- Assist with daily operations and administrative tasks
Esthetician Duties:
- Perform facials, HydraFacial, dermaplaning, and other approved esthetic treatments
- Conduct skincare consultations
- Recommend appropriate treatments and home-care products
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Create a relaxing, professional experience for every patient
- Properly document treatments and maintain patient records
Schedule
Part-Time – Weekday Mornings & Weekends
Weekend availability is required. We are looking for someone who can work weekday mornings as well as weekends. Exact schedule and hours can be discussed based on availability.
Pay: Starting at $18/hour, based on experience, plus potential commission on services and retail sales.
