American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery (LDRP) position requiring both L&D and Mother Baby experience, with night shift scheduling and float between units.

LDRP unit setting within a hospital environment

Traveler will float between the Labor & Delivery and Mother Baby units
-
Patient population includes the incarcerated/prison population
-
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (18:45–07:15)

Active RN license — Tennessee or Compact license required
-
Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, CPI (MAB accepted in lieu of CPI), NIH Stroke Scale, AWHONN, and NRP

Minimum 1 year of RN experience required

Both L&D and Mother Baby nursing experience required

Comfort working with an incarcerated/prison patient population required

Two professional references required for consideration

Copy of Driver's License and Social Security Card required for consideration

Orientation consists of two 8-hour shifts followed by two 12-hour department-based orientation shifts
