ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK POSITION DETAILS
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for the payment of goods and services purchased by our organization. This role also serves as an auditor, ensuring that invoices are accurate and that proper accounting procedures are followed accordingly. We expect you to perform using a computer and appropriate software; entering, updating, researching, verifying data, and ensuring the accuracy of information recorded.
Full-time | Monday – Friday | $20.50 per hour
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen
- Experience in data entry, Excel, and NetSuite accounting software preferred
- All qualified candidates will be required to complete pre-employment background check and drug screen within seven (7) days of employment (excludes marijuana).
