Job Summary:
Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring for a contract opportunity supporting a confidential biopharmaceutical organization in Boston. We are seeking a customer-focused IT professional to provide hands-on technical support in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role is fully onsite and will support daily IT operations, troubleshooting, deployments, and end-user support initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Deploy, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint
- Track and manage IT support requests using Jira or similar ticketing systems
- Perform routine system maintenance including updates, backups, and security patching
- Maintain accurate inventory records for IT assets and infrastructure
- Assist with onboarding, hardware/software migrations, and deployment projects
- Deliver user training and refresher sessions on IT tools and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams and managed service providers to ensure service continuity
- Support additional IT-related projects and operational needs as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
- Experience with Jira ITSM or other ticketing systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
- Ability to manage workload independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work onsite in Boston 5 days per week
- Availability to work the required 12:00pm – 8:00pm EST schedule is required
