- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required OR 7–10 years of progressive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems.
- Experience with preventive maintenance, reliability programs, and capital project management.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues and improve asset reliability.
- Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to balance a highly visible floor presence (approximately 80% of time) with planning, reporting, and administrative responsibilities (approximately 20% of time).
