The Director of Culinary Services is responsible for overseeing the operation of the kitchen and participating in the preparation and serving of meals to residents. Responsibilities include assisting with development of work schedule, training staff, developing of menus, ensuring resident satisfaction with the dining program, and serving meals in a safe and timely manner in accordance with the mission, established policies and procedures and guidelines of Arcadia Senior Living.
