What You’ll Do
As a Wireless Sales Representative, you’ll meet directly with customers to introduce Verizon’s industry-leading wireless products and services.
Responsibilities include:
- Connect with potential customers through face-to-face interactions.
- Educate customers on Verizon wireless plans, smartphones, home internet, and business solutions.
- Understand each customer’s needs and recommend the best products and services.
- Build lasting customer relationships through honesty, professionalism, and outstanding service.
- Generate new business and consistently achieve personal sales goals.
- Stay up to date on Verizon products, promotions, and technology.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.
What We’re Looking For

- Sales, customer service, or direct sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Wireless experience is a bonus, but we’ll train the right person.

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel within assigned territories.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check (no felony convictions).
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed.
