Full Job Description

ICR Resources, a rapidly growing provider of custom automated industrial machinery, electrical
and mechanical engineering services is currently seeking an Sales Development Specialist for
our Automated Machinery & Integration group.

Wage:
75 – 105k (based on experience)

Key Attributes:

Capable of working as a part of a cross functional sales team

Must Have:
• Possess the ability to understand and navigate customer relationships

Have a history of working closely with engineering, manufacturing personnel and other staff

in various disciplines

Self-motivated.

Position Tasks:
• Forging new customer relationships in strategic markets

Have a market knowledge of our target products (Including industrial machinery,

automation, hardware, and engineering services)

Leveraging social media as well as other means that would be highly effective in showcasing

our products.

Travel: As required. Schedule will be self-determined for optimal work life balance.
