Our main store is where you'll train and learn the ropes, and our satellite store is where you'll get to interact with incredible people every day from all over the world. Working at both is a requirement.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or answering questions about merchandise.
- Operate the cash register, process retail sales transactions accurately, and handle cash, credit, or digital payments with precision.
- Maintain a well-stocked sales floor by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring merchandise is properly merchandised to attract customers.
- Manage the cash drawer responsibly by handling cash handling procedures, balancing registers at shift end, and maintaining accurate cash drawer records.
- Assist with inventory management through stock checks and participating in periodic stock counts to ensure product availability.
- Ability to occasionally lift 50+lbs.
- Ability to stand on concrete for 8 hours (seating is provided for breaks).
- Independent transportation is a requirement.
Skills
- Proven experience operating POS systems and managing retail sales transactions efficiently.
- Independent experience is a plus, demonstrating ownership in overseeing customer service or store operations.
- Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions, discounts, and inventory counts.
- Strong communication skills to engage customers effectively and provide clear product information.
- Knowledge of retail store product lines and merchandising techniques to enhance visual presentation.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive shopping experiences.
