JOB TITLE: High School Office Clerk
REPORTS TO: Assistant Principal
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attendance tracking
-
Assisting with medical data entry and medical plan fidelity

Assisting with visitor screening at the entry doors, tardy student sign-in, and early student sign-out
-
Answering phones and assisting students, parents, and teachers with their needs
-
Make calls to parents/guardians in case of an emergency situation
-
Assisting with records filing
-
Assist students and staff with basic first aid skills
-
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:

A high school diploma is required; college coursework preferred.

Previous work experience as an aide and work with children is preferred.

Must have the ability to accept supervision and direction.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: 29.5 hours/week per non-affiliated group
