Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and diligent Dishwasher/Cleaner to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a spotless and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Your efforts will directly contribute to the smooth operation of our food service, catering, and banquet functions, creating a welcoming atmosphere for both staff and guests. Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, work surfaces, sinks, and storage areas to uphold health and safety standards.
- Support catering events and banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use.
- Manage waste disposal responsibly by sorting recyclables and disposing of trash according to established protocols.
- Follow proper food safety practices during cleaning processes to prevent contamination or spoilage.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow during busy service hours while maintaining a positive attitude.
Experience
- Previous environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures, cleaning standards, and sanitation practices is advantageous.
