We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. You will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, fulfilling orders, providing top-tier customer support, and assisting with wholesale store orders in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:Order Fulfillment & Shipping
- Accurately process, pick, pack, and ship online orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain an organized and efficient fulfillment area.
- Assist with wholesale store order fulfillment in the warehouse.
Customer Support & Sales
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat regarding order inquiries, product details, and returns.
- Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
E-Commerce Operations & Inventory Management
- Manage product listings, update inventory levels, and ensure accurate pricing.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies.
- Utilize data entry skills to maintain product information and optimize online listings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in e-commerce, customer support, order fulfillment, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English (multilingual abilities are a plus).
- Proficient in data entry, order processing, and working with e-commerce platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
- A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and adapts quickly to challenges.
