Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically skilled Painter/Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll work on the finishing and assembly of firearms, bows, and archery equipment, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and compliance with industry standards. This position combines precision painting with hands-on mechanical assembly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply paint and protective finishes using hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment.
- Assemble mechanical components
- Conduct functional tests and quality inspections on completed products.
- Fabricate or modify parts using mechanical tools and shop equipment.
- Follow safety and compliance protocols, including those related to firearms handling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals.
Requirements:
- Background compliance with Federal Firearms License (FFL)
- Experience with mechanical assembly, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and spray painting equipment.
- Knowledge of firearm and archery component functions is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and high quality standards.
- Comfortable working around firearms and archery equipment.
- Physical stamina to lift/move heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
