- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings
- Assemble and wire electrical components, panels, and power distribution equipment
- Install components including circuit breakers, disconnects, contactors, relays, transformers, switches, starters, and other electrical devices
- Route, terminate, and organize wiring according to engineering specifications
- Perform inspections of completed assemblies to ensure quality and compliance standards are met
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective components as needed
- Assist with prototype builds and custom panel fabrication projects
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Two or more years of electrical assembly, panel building, control panel wiring, or related manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Knowledge of electrical components including breakers, relays, transformers, contactors, switches, and control systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with electrical equipment and moving machinery
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and moderate-to-high noise levels
