LPN/LVN LTC
Locations: Hayward, WI
Duration: 13 Weeks with extension
Shifts: Evening, Night
Pay: $2,006/week
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing environment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor, document, and report changes in patient conditions.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Requirements
- Active WI State LPN/LVN License
- Minimum 2 Years of LTC/SNF Experience
- Current BLS Certification
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
Pay: $2,000.00 per week
