PAY:
$20/HR
$100 for every set attended appointment
Expectations:
.Door knock assigned neighborhoods and set appointments for roof/siding/gutter repair/replacement.
. Strong attitude and worth ethic
. Minimum 10 hours a week (can work much more)
. Eagerness to learn and improve
strong performers can become closers within a few months, potentially earning 7% per close deal (example: $1400 on a $20K deal)
With appointment bonuses, a good door knocker could expect to make $30-$45 an hour.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
