Lux Luminosity is a patient-centered medical aesthetics practice at 15670 Edgewood Dr. N., Suite 130, Baxter, MN, 56425, specializing in advanced skin therapies, regenerative treatments, and result-driven care. We are a full service medical spa. Our boutique environment is built around natural-looking outcomes, elevated service, and long-term skin health.
We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced, established AP Aesthetician who is passionate about skin, client relationships, and professional growth.
The Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of hands-on clinical or medspa experience
- CLT or laser training and experience strongly preferred
- Existing client following strongly preferred
- Confident in consultations and customized treatment planning
- Professional, polished, and growth-oriented
- Passion for long-term skin health and client retention
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced skin and scalp treatments including:
- Custom facials
- Microneedling (with or without regenerative serums)
- Hair rejuvenation and scalp therapies (Headspa, PRP, etc)
- Dermaplaning and advanced exfoliation
- Laser treatments (Moxi, BBL, etc)
- Provide skin consultations, at-home skincare, and post treatment guidance
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation
- Build and retain a loyal client base
- Collaborate with team for combined treatment plans
Qualifications
- Active MN AP Aesthetician license
- Minimum 3 years of experience (preferred)
- Advanced skincare training and certifications
- Experience with device-based treatments (preferred)
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
