We're looking for our first Lead Household Specialist, someone who naturally notices the details, takes pride in their work, genuinely enjoys helping others, and wants to build something meaningful from the ground up.

This isn't just another cleaning position.
You'll work directly alongside the founder to help develop our service standards, test systems, refine processes, and become the benchmark for future Household Specialists.

Responsibilities
- Laundry washing, folding, steaming, and garment care
- Putting clothing away with consistency and attention to detail
- Home resets and organization
- Kitchen tidying and surface cleaning
- Bed making
- Maintaining floors
- Inventory management of household supplies
- Testing and improving company systems
- Providing thoughtful feedback to improve the client experience

- Independent contractor to start, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as the company grows

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
