Family-Owned Funeral Home seeking compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Funeral Home Night/Day Removal Team Members to join our team. This role involves assisting families during difficult times by providing respectful removal and transportation of loved ones. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and physical capability to handle the demands of the position. Prior experience in bereavement support or funeral directing is a plus but not required. Responsibilities
- Safely and respectfully remove deceased individuals from their location, ensuring dignity and care throughout the process
- Transport remains to the funeral home or designated facility in accordance with company protocols and legal requirements
- Assist families with logistical support during removal procedures, providing compassionate communication and support
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of removal equipment and vehicles
- Collaborate with funeral directors and staff to coordinate timely and efficient removals
