Job Overview
We are seeking three dedicated and passionate Preschool, Infant/Toddler, and School Age teachers to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, focusing on their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This position requires creativity, patience, and a strong understanding of childhood development principles to effectively educate and engage preschool-aged children.
Qualifications
- `1-3 years teaching experience.
- -Must meet all MSDE Requirements
- -Enrolled in credentialing program
- -Willingness to take early childhood trainings
- -Dedication and Passion for children
- -Ability to keep a neat and organized classroom
- -Available to work between the hours of 7am-6 pm. 9 hours per day only

Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning in areas such as math, literacy, and social skills.
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Provide individualized attention to children to support their unique developmental needs.
- Monitor children's progress and behavior, implementing behavior management strategies as necessary.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative educational experience.
- Organize activities that promote physical, emotional, and social growth through play-based learning.
