This is a BOH role; min 2 years experience in a reputable restaurant.

Min 1 year in a Sous Chef or Lead Line Cook role that included kitchen expediting.

Committed to quality product and the guest experience.

Intense and focused during service. One of those people that everyone looks forward to working with because it's a smoother shift with you on the team.

Level-headed.

Responsible, reliable and punctual.

Respectful of all staff members, setting the tone in kitchen for a professional atmosphere at all times.

NYC DOH Food Protection Certificate.
Responsibilties:

Lead team of cooks to execute brunch and dinner services.

Be the standard bearer of the kitchen ensuring dishes are made correctly, consistently and with pride.

Keep pace and communicate to guide and support the team.

Prepare family meal with care and urgency.
Work Details:-
3-4 days/week with potential to grow into a full-time Sous Chef role. 6-8 hour shifts.
