Duties
- Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, in-person meetings, and networking to introduce MCA products and services
- Identify potential business clients that can benefit from cash advance solutions by assessing their financial needs and growth plans
- Explain the features, benefits, and terms of MCA offerings clearly and transparently, ensuring clients understand the process
- Process applications efficiently by gathering necessary financial information, verifying details, and guiding clients through approval steps
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, applications, and transactions using financial software and CRM tools
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve outreach strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions promptly and professionally, fostering trust and long-term relationships
Preferred Qualifications Will Train
- Experience in retail sales, banking, financial services, or another customer-focused role is preferred.
- Enjoys building relationships with customers and helping them find the right financial solutions.
- Comfortable discussing products, identifying customer needs, and confidently presenting recommendations.
- Basic math skills with the ability to accurately calculate loan amounts, payments, and other financial figures.
- Experience with cash handling, cashiering, or cash management is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with financial software, CRM systems, or general computer data entry; 10-key experience is beneficial.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain financial information in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Previous experience with loan processing or financial services is an advantage, though we're happy to train the right candidate with a great attitude and willingness to learn.
